We are the data controller. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- Enquiry and account details: your name, email address, company name and the messages you send us.
- Order and billing details: the information needed to take payment and issue invoices. Where card payment is used, it is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Project content: material you give us to build your website.
- Website usage: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected only with your consent via our cookie banner.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you order — performance of a contract.
- To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.
- To improve and secure our website — legitimate interests.
- To send analytics or marketing cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate agreements:
- our payment provider, to process payments and prevent fraud;
- our website hosting and email providers;
- analytics tools we use with your consent;
- our accountant and, where legally required, HMRC or other authorities.
Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Our team works remotely, including from Morocco.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Client, order and invoice records are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax law. Analytics data is kept for a shorter period set in our analytics tool.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. Email us to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
