Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

Straitline Digital Ltd provides digital services, not physical goods, so there is no shipping. This policy explains how and when we deliver.

What you receive

You receive the completed digital service described in the package or quote you bought — for example a live website or online store, a landing page, an SEO setup, an audit report, or the ongoing work included in a monthly care plan.

Delivery times

Indicative delivery times are shown on each package and currently range from 5 to 21 working days:

• Landing Page — around 5 working days
• Starter Website — around 7 working days
• Business Website — around 14 working days
• Online Store — around 21 working days
• Add-ons and audits — as stated on each product

These times begin once we have received your content and any access or information we need, and assume reasonably prompt feedback from you. We will tell you if a timeline needs to change.

How delivery happens

We build on your hosting or a staging environment and let you review the work. On your approval and final payment, we make the site live (or hand over the files and access). Reports and audits are delivered by email. Care-plan work is carried out each month and summarised in a short report where the plan includes one.
